At the root of man industrial heat transfer processes is a large fan moving air across a coil. That fan has a drive system of components: belts, pulleys, shafts, bearings, and motors. 

The one component missing is the fan speed sensor to let you know how the drive components are operating over time. FanAware’s RPM sensors measure the fan speed and send that information to the cloud where trends can be analyzed, and better decisions made. 

Monitoring changes in equipment allows maintenance activities that prevent breakdowns and failures.
